3. Wet Scrubber

Very Efficient Scrubbing Device for Super Fine Ash

  • The Wet Scrubber is designed to trap maximum Micro Ash particles by a washing action.
  • The dust laden flues gases enter a Venturi Zone where a fall of water mixes intimately with the flue gas.
  • The ash particles get wet and heavy and readily separate from the gas.
  • The Clean Air then exits to the Chimney while the Ash is mixed with the water where it settles and is removed.
  • IBL Scrubbers are designed for maximum cleansing effect, do not damage
    the ID Fan.
  • One of the most economic and efficient methods to get a clean, pollution free boiler

4. Dense Phase Ash Handling Equipment

  • IBL dense phase ash handling system works on slug agglomeration principle.
  • The system consists of large sluice valves and inflatable seal dome valve which allows unrestricted flow of ash to the pumping chamber.
  • Compressed air pressurizes the chamber and the ash is transported by pipes to a storage silo. A bag filter removes the transport air.
  • Ash from the silo can be directly loaded onto disposal trucks.
  • A sequencer controls the process automatically.
