3. Wet Scrubber

Very Efficient Scrubbing Device for Super Fine Ash
- The Wet Scrubber is designed to trap maximum Micro Ash particles by a washing action.
- The dust laden flues gases enter a Venturi Zone where a fall of water mixes intimately with the flue gas.
- The ash particles get wet and heavy and readily separate from the gas.
- The Clean Air then exits to the Chimney while the Ash is mixed with the water where it settles and is removed.
- IBL Scrubbers are designed for maximum cleansing effect, do not damage
the ID Fan. - One of the most economic and efficient methods to get a clean, pollution free boiler
4. Dense Phase Ash Handling Equipment

- IBL dense phase ash handling system works on slug agglomeration principle.
- The system consists of large sluice valves and inflatable seal dome valve which allows unrestricted flow of ash to the pumping chamber.
- Compressed air pressurizes the chamber and the ash is transported by pipes to a storage silo. A bag filter removes the transport air.
- Ash from the silo can be directly loaded onto disposal trucks.
- A sequencer controls the process automatically.
